Born and raised in Hanoi, Diep was a university teacher, entrepreneur, Vietnamese travel consultant specializing in Vietnamese spices, culture & culinary journey to Vietnam, a TV personality before coming to Canada. She learned to cook delicious, healthy food with good Yin & Yang balance from her mother since she was 8 years old and is a self- taught chef. Nowadays she is recognized internationally as a Chef specializing in authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Chef Diep travels extensively throughout EU, Asia and North America as a private chef for discerning clients as well as a Chef on 5- star cruises of Holland America Line: ship such as Ms. Amsterdam, Ms. Maasdam, Ms. Westerdam. Her noble guests includes include Larry Page, founder of Google, Jean Chretien, Prince of Dubai, Oman, Tom Cruise and other top A list Hollywood Movie stars. Her ultimate mission is to be the ambassador of Vietnamese cuisine to the world and shares her knowledge of healthy cooking as Executive chef at Christopher Woods Catering & Events for both Corporate catering and Social catering. She is currently the Guest Speaker at a number of organizations and companies including The Rotman School of Management, UOT for the Health & Wellness, Lunch & Learning program. She also opens her industrial kitchen, working with other chefs for cooking classes for Vietnamese, Asian and international cuisine. Chef Diep also known as an active philanthropist in both Vietnam and Canada.

Celebrity Chef Christopher Woods combines art, innovation and great taste to all of his creations. His passion for food, years of expertise have lead him to become one of Toronto finest chefs. Chef Christopher has completed several successful projects in film industry as Food Stylist for over 100 major pictures and television shows. He has worked with celebrities such as John Travolta, Bruce Willis, Helen Miren, Live Taylor, Michael Duglas, Kim Basinger, Edward Norton, Mark Wahlberg, Kiefer Southerland, Morgan Freeman, just to mention a few. Chef Christopher has also appeared on Breakfast Television and Opening by Design as well as on–air chef for Boom 97.3 radio demonstrating his creative flair with food. He has designed several kitchens for resorts and restaurants, mentors and train less fortunate kids with The Famous People Player Theater here in Toronto. He is known as an incredible Executive Chef and works with many corporate as well as personal clients in the GTA
